GUM is currently accepting submissions for:

Print. Submissions currently closed
If you would like your work to be featured please submit your piece(s) below. We accept anything from photography, poems, video, music, essays, paintings, drawings, to a cup of water if that’s what you’d like.
Before submitting, read our submissions guidelines at the bottom of this page.
Submission Guidelines
For all submissions:
All submissions must be previously unpublished.
We accept simultaneous submissions.
GUM retains first serial rights.
You must be 18 or over to submit.
Literature or written work of any kind:
Please submit your work in a PDF format
3000 word count limit for online
1500 work count limit for print
Visual Art:
All visual art submissions must include a short artist statement about the work being submitted in the “message” section of the form.
All visual art submissions must be submitted as a scan or photograph that is 300DPI or higher.
Acceptable file formats: JPG or JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.
PDFs are not an acceptable file format for visual art submissions.
